International usability testing

Many devices, programmes and websites are published to the Hungarian people as a result of „internationalization” (that is, translation and alterations to local customs). In these cases mistakes that come from the translation, the unique features of the source language, and the different logic of those using the source language can emerge. Such mistakes or difficulties are, for example, the incorrect form for date, exchanging the first name and the surname, the form of postal addresses, the reading direction, character coding, the inconsistent translation of technical terms or menu elements, using anglicisms and foreign words, and other problems that come from the cultural differences.

We undertake the detailed testing of „hungarianised” devices, user interfaces, programmes either separately or as part of an ergonomic and functional analysis. We can deliver the study on our findings in Hungarian and/or in English as well.
