Location of the talks is the "Felolvasóterem" on the 2nd floor (room 111):

Location of the registration is also on the first floor in front of the reception..
What I suggest you is Hotel Taverna. It's down town in the center, and almost a walking distance from where the event will be (almost: about 15 minutes along the river Danube).
